As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with several years of experience treating and coaching high-level athletes and tactical professionals, I understand the demands of pushing the human body to its limits. My journey started at Otterbein University, where I completed my bachelor’s in athletic training and master’s in allied health. I continued through to The Ohio State University, where I earned my doctorate in physical therapy,

For over 8 years, I’ve specialized in helping tactical athletes, elite performers, and high-level athletes overcome injuries, improve performance, and build long-term resilience.

I want my clients to become the expert on their body and injuries.
